Great (although a little Black-Adder at times)
Yes, this is the best version of Macbeth your going to get on audio (and I've heard a few), I can't find much to fault, except maybe a little more punch from the power characters (Macbeth, McDuff, Banquo etc) could have polished it slightly, but no real grumbles at the performances in general.
However, amusingly (for me), on occasion the actor playing titular Macbeth sounds a little like Rowan Atkinson's Black Adder, and when you hear it once, it's hard to get the image of Macbeth looking like the mesmerisng Black Adder out of mind.
Nonetheless, I loved and enjoyed learning about the construction and meaning of this timeless legendary play, so when I arrived at the uninterrupted play towards the end, I understood and enjoyed the story more than I ever did before.

Fab- Great for the excluded or hard to reach kids
I got this to help one of the girls out with her english GCSE after she got excluded. She loved it, it took her ahead of the class and engaged her with school learning for the first time. Some of the language is a bit higher level so i would recommend listening to this before hand or listening to it with your child or student to make sure they are actually taking notes and understanding the points.
