I have just finished listening the book.

I have just finished listening the book, and I'm already applying some techniques to my younger children (3 years boy and 9 months baby girl)... with great results!

Really recommended!

There are dozens of recommendations and plans based on sleep science, which you implement in a logical stepwise order based on your parenting philosophy and toddler's specific sleep issues/developmental stage.

Parents know their child best.

I can't stress enough that the book is a great base of knowledge for how to deal with sleep issues or even preventing them but in my opinion, parents know their child best.

Not aimed at ages 3-6 years as stated on the cover

Although this book had some good tips that could be used for 3 year olds it often gives advice on younger children (12-18 months) and therefore was not what I was expecting as a lot of the advice was not relevant for my older child.
