A fantastic book with fantastic tasks and pictures! I'm really happy I received this one. I can see how maintaining this routine will improve my mobility. My joints and knees are still overjoyed to have a strategy to address it!

This is what I was looking for

My grampa and gramma have already started feeling aches in their body. I often hear them talk about how hard it is to move while at their age, so I wanted to look for a way to help them and this was exactly what I was looking for.
