Help is at hand
This is a book that will help you heal yourself no matter if you are a spiritualist or not.
I have done some of the mediations and they do work.
The book helps you connect to your animal spirits, your spirit guides, helpers, protectors and teachers.
you can work safely, and reap the benefits of being able to heal your self.
I work with a spirit Shaman he teaches me about herbs for making healing oils.
This book will bring you back to basics some thing I think we tend to forget in todays rush rush world, it will reconnect you to Nature and to your sprit self on a deep but safe level.
This book is on my IPod and has helped me a lot
I would recommend you give it a try you will not be sorry you did.

Awful narration
Great content but very poor narration ... reader shouts her way thru the entire book and seems like she's reading from a faulty autocue.

Great meditations for beginning shamanic journeying
Would you listen to Shamanic Meditations again? Why?
I was not really sure what to expect having bought meditation cods and audiobooks before and I was impressed once the mediations began. Each one takes you on a separate journey using a variety of instruments, not just drumming. The descriptions used for the meditations made it really easy to visualise and connect to the other realms.
I will listen to this again and again as I am finding it very relaxing and enlightening.

awful
she sounds like Marge Simpson, crossed with flipper. The underlying, well researched, message is completely destroyed by the worst reading of an audio book ever.

Wish I could give this negative
The narrators voice made this Impossible to listen to our relax during journey. Her harsh tones felt v like an order and many times snapped me out of my meditative state

Beyond flat and dull...Do not waste your time
