About this listen

“The only way to create great relationships and results is through servant leadership. It's all about putting other people first.” (John Maxwell, legendary business leader and author)

If you want to lead by example, develop great relationships, and serve through leadership, keep reading. Because, this book is for you.

This value-dense guidebook features actionable principles extracted from over 40 renowned servant leadership experts and practitioners, including prominent business executives, bestselling authors, and respected spiritual leaders. These and the proven easy-to-follow techniques and exercises are the reason why more and more people who peruse this book are becoming the charismatic and thoughtful leaders that lead the charge in their organization.

Will you be one of them?

Say yes, and you’ll discover:

  • The few important things most traditional leadership books skip that are incredibly to master as a leader
  • The easy-to-follow steps to get rid of the hidden disadvantages of hierarchy inside your organization
  • The three uncommon characteristics of leaders that are the secret ingredients to becoming a leader, understood without explanation
  • Ways how subtle tweaks in behavior can make a world of change when it comes to persuasion, authenticity, and conveying your words with confidence
  • The single most powerful way of managing projects using principles of many agile management leaders

Serve to Lead is different, as it relies on modern proven methods, not on ass-kissing; on creating rapport, not on power display or punishments. Rather, through positive reinforcement and relationship-building, you lead an organization to long-term success.

After trying the exercises for a week, most listeners will be stunned by the improved self-image and leadership capabilities they produced!

Not really feeling it

The information in the book was good, but also very common. I feel like as though I already read most of the book before

Not very convinced

In my opinion, the book is too simple and most of it is common sense knowledge, don’t completely regret buying this book but I would not recommend it

Needed to be longer

I enjoyed this book quite a bit and it has a lot of great information, but i just wish there was more to it. The audiobook was very short which definitely was a bummer

Missed some detail

This is an interesting and informative book. I just wish there was more detail. I was recently told to look into start up kanban. It covered the topic but I really want to know much more about it, will have to do some research on my own
