Homework for the soul
I love the style of this book. Caroline is straight talking and to the point. She demistifies self growth. By getting rid of usual rituals of self developmrnt, challenges us to become active and responsible for our own self esteem

Absolutely outstanding teachings
Words cannot do justice to describe the value of these teachings! This is the most profound and important work I have come across in the field of personal spiritual growth and evolution. Caroline is the master of soul searching
Her work never fails to hit home right where I need it; and she gets it right every time. Her genuine, uncomplicated, straight-forward and no nonsense approach to spirituality is the anitodote we all need in today's world. She is a true master. Coming from a 27 year old Irish gal who's tried and tested a lot of the new age stuff over the years, I come back to Caroline every time.

Made me feel worse!

This is ANOTHER waste of my time and money. Maybe some people will find this useful (i can't think who tho...) but for me it was just a completed cliched repeat of the same old nonsense we have all heard a million times before. Self-esteem issues are not so simple as they make out. Sorry but hated it, waste of time.

Save your Money
This was.......really bad. Do your inner work instead, such as jugian shadow work and core wound healing. This was not useful or helpful and it gives you hardly anything. Caroline Myss seems to lack compassion and doesn't seem tuned into what it really is to be a vulnerable human being. It felt like she loves to talk and talk about herself. Save your money.
