Summary
When Leah Hudson moves into her new bungalow in a quiet suburb of Glasgow, she's ready for a fresh start. No more night shifts at the call center. Instead, she'll pour all her energy into her budding Internet business. All seems perfectly idyllic, and she's even starting to connect to her reclusive but attractive neighbor, Matt. But trouble has a habit of finding Leah, and soon she'll find that her new life isn't as quiet and simple as she had hoped.
Matthew Argyle has been keeping to himself ever since developing delusions about turning into a bear against his will. Sweet and simple
And the tension between the shifters and the Sons of Domnall continue in this story which resolves some of the unfinished issues in the previous book in the series. While the book can be listened to on its own, I would suggest listening/reading the books in order.
That said, it is a simple story between a woman who is starting a new, simpler life as her own boss and a man who initially seems agoraphobic. The story is sweet, though Matt being shifter features insignificantly in the development of their relationship. The tension between the Alliance and the Sons of Domnall takes a potential new twist in this story. I look forward to the next book.
