a story of human trafficking with a romance

I enjoyed the plot , it give a picture of the subtle ways trafficking can happen . I understand the author wanting to include her religious beliefs after all it's her book but I did find it a little intrusive in some of the stories events

enjoyed story

I don't mind the religious spin. I've been in situations where , religious or not, you pray desperately.

Christian fiction?- not my cup of tea.

I enjoyed most of the story even though the storyline was fairly predictable. Unfortunately, the times when God was called upon to intercede seemed to be forced. Every time it happened, it grated on the nerves. Yes, I understand that people put their trust in God but …

I did not know what Christian fiction is, now I do

It is an amazing subject and story is good, but Christian aspect a bit too much.
in addition, I normally don't have a problem female narrators doing male voices and vice versa, in this narration men sound like old ladies. Struggled to finish but, storyline kept me going

Saving Hope

Interesting storyline of a very relevant problem. Being a practicing Christian, I quite appreciated the Christian aspect of the story. However, it was especially nice that the plot stood on its own two feet, without resorting to supernatural interventions and such.

Easy to listen to

The story line was great, captured me immediately. It’s an easy listen & I like that it was a bit of a romance without sexual content.

Nice to have a crime novel without lots of bad swaring.

This was a great christian suspense novel it was lovely to read a wonderful crime novel without lots of bad language and where the characters were focused on god. It was a nice pace and i never figured out who the killer was. I look forward to the rest of the series.
