Summary
The first rule of working together? Don't fall for the boss' daughter. Definitely don't fall for her when you're trying to buy the business.
The trouble is Sloane is smack dab next to me from nine to freaking five. And she's as captivating, brilliant, and sexy as ever, which means I'm taking more than the recommended dosage of office romance temptation every day. Make that every single second, because she's not only "the one" - she's the one who got away.
But she's the very definition of off-limits, so I keep my hands to myself. Fine, we might flirt. Okay, we do indulge in the occasional dirty text. And there was that one time when we kissed on the street. But we've been good since then.
Until the night she issues me a challenge - seven nights of O lessons and then we walk away.
Sounds like a simple arrangement.
But I was never good with those kind of rules.
This innovative new production includes the full-length novel of Satisfaction Guaranteed, as well as an album! At the end of the story, you'll be treated to an album of classic love songs you know and love performed by Jason Clarke in a fully produced musical performance that ties into the story line!
The songs included in the album are standards made famous by the likes of Frank Sinatra, Bing Crosby, Perry Como, Ella Fitzgerald, and Marilyn Monroe and include "The Curse of an Aching Heart", "After You've Gone", "Baby, Won't You Please Come Home", "I Ain't Got Nobody (And Nobody Cares for Me)", "After You Get What You Want, You Don't Want It", "Let Me Call You Sweetheart", and "I'm Always Chasing Rainbows".

Hooked from the get-go
Aah. I’ve got to say, I can’t fault Lauren Blakely’s writing. I’ve loved every book I’ve read, yes, some more than others, but I’ve still loved them, totally addictive easy reading, fantastic characters, and wonderful writing. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again.....she gets the best narrators, every single time. Satisfaction guaranteed is no different, I was hooked from the get-go. Forbidden second chance romance, oh and our main character, a sexy, adorable vet (who truly loves animals and his job), can also sing like a dream. When Malone discovers he’s fallen for the daughter of his new boss, he instantly calls off the possibility of any further possible romantic entanglements between them. 7 years later they find themselves face to face again, and they’re still in exactly the same predicament, the chemistry is still off the charts, and, they still try to keep it all under wraps. Great story with great narration, oh and keep listening because you get Jason Clarke giving us a song or two at the end.

So cute!
Just loved this story about the vet, who also happened to be wonderful crooner in his spare time, and his lady love who ran an animal shelter.
Great narration and I also loved the songs at the end.
I just wish that they had combined books #1 and #2 and hence the 4.5*
Now onto #3!

Jason Clarke is singing THIS IS NOT A DRILL!!!!!
I've said it before and i'll say it again, if you want to listen to a great romance audio, then you should listen to Lauren Blakely.
Why?
Because she spends so much time on her audio books as she is an avid listener, she ALWAYS delivers with the narrators that she picks, and her stories are ALWAYS sweet, sassy and low drama.
And if you are really lucky, (such as this book) you will also get some swoon worthy singing in it YES I SAID SINGING!!
This gorgeous book was narrated by Jason Clarke, and the Queen of Romance narration, the stunning Miss Andi Arndt.
So if you want to be swept off of your feet with yet another cracker of a story by Ms Blakely, then you should really grab this one.
Not only do you get the brilliant story of Sloane & Malone, a friends to lovers story, with some great crooning from Jason Clarke (Swoon) you also get your hands on the Novella for book 1.5 in the Sinful Nights series, which will have you desperate to get your hands on the full series.

Jason Clark sings an album of songs in this book!
Yes, it's true. Jason Clarke is plays a swoon-worthy veterinarian who nightowl's as a lounge singer. The story is very good, although I can't really get behind the whole concept of, "I can't date the bosses daughter so I have to dump her and break her heart, rather than have the balls to just talk to the man about it." That just seemed quite antiquated in contrast to the current era of the story, I don't know anyone who would do that. But Jason Clarke sings throughout the book, and at the end there is an epilogue of him doing practically an entire album of songs with Andi Arndt narrating as well, as if he is singing them just for her. It's cute... he's an above average singer. Do I think he'd win American Idol? Not really, but he might get in the top 10. Do I adore his narration voice? Definitely more than his singing voice but I'm impressed that he can pull it off enough to make the ladies swoon! Oh, almost forgot it has the added temptation of minor role played by Shane East, who takes the lead in Book 2 which focuses on his character Jason.

Not Worth a Credit
I struggled with this story, I persevered, hoping it would at least be a romantic comedy as described in the blurb, but it was cringe worthy. The narrators were the only thing that saved it to the end.
Not worth a credit!!
