Najlepsza książka jakiej słuchałem.

Pan Drygalski po mistrzowsku prowadzi narrację, a język Sienkiewicza w pełni oddaje charakter starożytnego Rzymu. Dałem angielskie tłumaczenie w prezencie znajomej profesor. Powiedziała, że nie rozumie jak Sienkiewicz mógł równie autentycznie przedstawić wczesne wspólnoty chrześcijańskie.

Klasyk

Był to mójpierwszy kontakt z tą książką i jestem pod wrażeniem jak dokładnie i realistycznie Henryk Sienkiewiecz odwzorował życie w starożytnym Rzymie. Zwłaszcza, że moim poprzednim audiobookiem była seria wykładów o historii starożytnego Rzymu pt. 'The History of Ancient Rome'. Oczywiście sama historia umiesczona pośród prawdziwych historycznych postaci jest porywająca i gorąco ją polecam.
