Very vague

Gives general advice on organisation, communication and risk. Doesn't give much in the way of theory or case studies.

Good content, but no graphs or accompanying pdf

The content is interesting and well done. Probably better as a paper book, than an audiobook.
The chapters would benefit from being labelled in the app with their titles.
In addition, there are a lot of references to graphs, images, or spreadsheets. But these are not included with the audiobook. So it reduces the value and the understanding of the book.
The audiobook version of this is less worthwhile than the actual book.

It just ends.

Weird, it randomly ends mid paragraph. It feels like there are pages missing. Basic information regarding project management.

Excellent survey of the Project Management Process

This audiobook is a very well-structured, detailed and thorough guide to the subject of project management.

Whilst not alluding to any particular methodology it is very clear from the outset that a lot of detailed work has gone into creating this book and it is packed full of helpful tips and best practice that we can all learn from irrespective of experience.
Narration was very good too. Never condescending, always clear and upbeat and this made for a very enjoyable listen, particularly whilst driving to work.

Highly recommended indeed!

great book. helps with all kinds of management.

considering the book gives the impression it's purely beneficial to those looking to define their slot of manage as 'project management', the book is filled with lots of helpful information. as a mechanical engineer I find this content useful is a multiple of ways. recommended for anyone who is not a project management wanting to advance their scope into management techniques.
