Summary

Preppy finds himself back in a world he once loved, but no longer recognizes. His dim smile can't hide his inner turmoil and the people he views as family all suddenly feel like polite strangers.

Except for one person. A girl with dark eyes and even darker hair.

A girl who isn't even an option.

At least, not anymore.

Dre can't decide who she's going to listen to. Her heart, her head, or her body. Because two out of those three things have her heading right back to Logan's Beach. Closure is what she tells herself she's seeking, but when she unlocks doors that were never meant to be opened she soon discovers that when it comes to Samuel Clearwater, closure might never be an option.

This is book six in the King Series and the second part of Preppy and Dre's story.

Brilliant

A fantastic continuation of this series!! What a rollercoaster ride of emotions hit me throughout this book. Love the dual POV and the narration is amazing and really brings this book to life. Can't wait for part 3 of Preppy’s story.

Fantastic!!!!!

Part Two of Preppy's very hard hitting story and it just keeps getting more addicting.
In this book we get to experience a very different side to Preppy, after being rescued from a prison of torture...gone is the smiles, the charm, the wit and Bow ties.
In there place is a shadow of the man he once was frail, scarred and vulnerable,he has to claw his way back to find himself again.
Dre is the opposite she is finally clean and trying to make something out of her life, although the broken heart still remains.
Can they both find a way back to eachother.!?
Wow this book really had me tied up in knots I hated seeing Preppy so broken and the cliff hanger from part one was something I was kind of glad about .
I think we see a softer side to Preppy in this book,he is still someone to be feared but there is a gentle side to him when he meets Beau.
Dre is a much stronger person too and she is able to repay the favour of trying to help Preppy out of the dark place in his mind.
I am so in Love with this series and the obsession is real.
T.M Frazier just keeps throwing all these curve balls at me and I am loving it.
Lance Greenfield and Kirsten Leigh are once again at the top of their game, and their narration is flawless listening to them is a freaking privilege.
A Phenomenal continuation of Preppy's story that I highly recommend

Brilliant!

Preppy: The Life And Death Of Samuel Clearwater, part 2 is book 6 in the King series by T M Frazier. Dre is shocked and elated to find out that Preppy is alive. But he's not the same Preppy anymore. Can Dre help him overcome his demons or will he push her away....again? Kirsten Leigh and Lance Greenfield are brilliant narrators. Highly recommend.
