Well crafted guide!

This audio is very well put together. The prompts throughout the book were not only very helpful but actually practical to do. I have had issues with my body image and used to journal without a guide. Using the guide from the book my journaling feels like there is more purpose. I am a lot more confident and happy now compared to before!

helps get to the root of the problem

The soothing music puts the listener into a calm, relaxed state to better the focus and thinking process. The journal prompts take the listener into a sense of self-discovery and self-reflection to get to the root of the problem, then gradually brings the writer/listener into a more positive frame of mind where confidence can be built and discoveries can be made, bringing with them a sense of peace and comfort within our own skin.
