1st 2 hours only.

Reading the description of this audiobook, it would suggest that affirmations are given during your sleep period, it does not.
The first two hours are relaxation and sleep preparation after that nothing, until 7 minutes before the end of your 8 hr sleep cycle, which is a count down to wake up.
Maybe I was expecting something different from a positive thinking audiobook, but 2 hrs of relaxing talk followed by 6hrs of relaxation music is not what I was looking for.
Not for me thanks.
