So True
I enjoyed every part of this book. I am notorious for being an overthinker and always stuck in my head. My friends and family tell me to get out of my head lol. Everything stated in the title and subtitle is without a doubt, in this book and with phenomenal detail. I have been single my whole life and now I believe I truly understand what it takes to be in a relationship, thanks to this insightful, informative, encouraging, embracing book about all struggles in relationships.
I will be sharing this with everyone I know in a relationship, and using it as a reference to lean on when I have my own relationship someday.

Perfect for any couple
If you've been in a relationship, you have probably experienced overthinking, insecurity, and negative thinking. It's hard to be with another human and not know exactly what they are thinking all the time, and it's so easy to assume what they are thinking, leading us down a path of everything listed previously. This audiobook provides helpful advice and action items to overcome overthinking and build healthy relationship habits. I highly recommend for everyone in a relationship, regardless of how long you've been together.

This book opened my eyes to how overthinking can wreak havoc on a relationship if left unchecked. The author explores the root causes of overthinking, providing practical advice and preventing those negative “spirals” from taking over.
I particularly appreciated the section on understanding attachment styles, as this gave me valuable insight into how my partner and I interact. The tips for creating a loving relationship environment were also incredibly helpful and easy to adopt.
Overall, I found this book to be a game-changer in helping me break up with overthinking. It provided me with the skill set needed to stop the cycle of overthinking and instead start building a new narrative, trusting the connection that initially drew us together.
