great for pregnancy anxiety
it also helps if you're suffering from pregnancy insomnia, the tone is soothing and the breathing exercises really help.

A really good book!
I found this book a great addition to my night time routine and it really helped me to remain positive during the birth of my baby.

Wouldn’t recommend listening to this during a lockdown
Sadly it made me more anxious about the birth of my baby due to the world at the moment. A lot of the advice was to be in your comfort space and have someone that you trust with you which you just can’t do at the moment in lockdown. Not the authors fault but I just couldn’t finish the book as I also found it kind of boring
