Summary

Christopher Yuan, the son of Chinese immigrants, discovered at an early age that he was different. He was attracted to other boys. An answer to so many questions so there is hope

My granddaughter recommended this book as she has a transport cousin.
I lloved that the narration was shared by a man and a woman. I must admit to worrying that it would be another 'accept me as I am' story about another gay man as I hear it constantly from my grandson. Not so. This book is tough and it is real.
Probably the hardest prayer a mother can pray is " Lord, do whatever you have to in order to bring my son to you." That's the prayer I'm praying right now.
