brilliant psychology on clutter

What made the experience of listening to Organizing for Life the most enjoyable?

Sandra really gets deep inside the psychology of why messies have trouble letting stuff go and getting a grip on their lives. Hearing these excuses rather than reading them has a great impact; like she's getting in your head! Sandra has really unlocked some of my thought habits for me, and I'm so grateful - it's enabling me to break the physical habits that create chaos.
