About this listen
Getting Aries as my mate is a fantasy that I never would have had the imagination to dream up on my own, but to get those two beautiful angels too? That's just the complete package.
Micah is a young alpha on a mission to find the infant daughter of an old friend. When he also finds two other lost little angels, he has no choice but to rescue them as well. Before he is able to return them home to their dad, they already have staked their claim on his heart.
Aries is an omega whose babies were stolen from him, ripped from his arms right at birth. He's tried to stay strong, but the pain of their absence haunts him every moment of every day. When he discovers that his children have been found by an alpha that is already on the way to deliver them into his arms, Aries is beside himself with nervous excitement.
What he doesn't expect is that the alpha is the one man that he has reason to hate due to a regrettable incident from the past. Neither of them expected to see their fated mate when Micah arrived with the children.
Can these two men who have zero respect for each other find their way to somehow form a family together with the children that they both adore?

Great story.
This is the second MPreg story by Susi Hawke and whilst I did enjoy the story I disliked the narration so much. I thought I had a handle on whose voice was whose but then when a big discussion was happening it seemed like it got switched around and the Omega voice became the Alpha voice and vice versa.
I will be continuing these books but as a reader not a listener and I will put my own internal voice to the characters.
I do urge anyone to listen to a sample first...

5***
Another outstanding contribution to the Northern Lodge Park. Totally loved this book and the narration brought it to life. Aries was such a strong character with having his two babies taken from him so forcefully . Micha was sent to look for his friends niece and landed up finding the little girl as well as Aries children. It was so heart warming and funny in places especially when Aunt Kat pops up !! John Solo totally rocked the voices and brought the whole story to life can't wait for the next

A sweet story
This can be read as a stand alone, but I think it’ll be more fun to read the first one before this one. I have and got little inside jokes you would miss, but it would be ok as a stand alone.
I was a little upset with this story. Aries is so strong and independent, supportive and caring and omega all over, but strong. But then Mika-who deserves his contempt- decides they belong together and he just melts? His character changes in a blink, and I hated it.
I found this performance a little monotone in places.
I still enjoyed the story overall and I am really looking forward to the next one.
