An Eye Opening Book

I really had no idea that the vagus nerve was so integral in so many different bodily functions and the regulations of different systems and our emotions. I have had migraines for my whole life and I will definitely be using some of the breathing and meditation techniques in this book to tackle the issue. An enlightening listen!
