Lots of helpful advice
The stuff on using proven psychology principles and why pitching one way rather than another is genius. Love the discussion of negotiating tips from other cultures. More genius. I was looking for a book that had fresh and clever insights into negotiating with others to get what you want. Found it

Outstanding book!
I have listened to the book 5x times, best in the car for the points to sink in! Should be apart of everyone’s self education and improvement for some real negotiation tricks!

Impressive!
It is really a good tool-book to improve negotiation skills at every level and to help create or at least look for additional value. As a non native English speaker I would also recommend the audio book to help advance easier through the book.

Lots of techniques!
A spectacular collection of negotiating tactics. Honestly, I now realize I've had many of these strategies used on me and I didn't even realize they were intentional techniques. So now we know how the world's shrewdest negotiators, the Wall Street crowd, pick our pockets and make us smile while they do it.

Very insightful
This book is very interesting and insightful and very useful. The book is very well researched and well written. Harvard University has a renowned program on effective negotiation. This book is evidenced based on a very interesting and important topic negotiation. I recommend this book without qualifications for everyone
