Concise - no fuss weight loss advice
I appreciated the conciseness of this book. Lasting just the right length of time to listen to the whole thing without losing concentration. The information was factual and thought-provoking without being high-brow at all. Being narrated by the lovely, expressional voice of Vidya makes this book an easy one to keep re-listening to and to refer back to.

Tired of endless dieting without a lasting effect?
