Finding how to integrate Minimalism into your busy life can feel like an overwhelming process. But it shouldn’t be this way. The whole idea of Minimalism is to reduce stress rather than create it. This book will help you to find your perfect balance.

- How Minimalism can help you to master your financial planning
- The most effective ways to incorporate Minimalism into your family life

- How to dispose of your unneeded possessions in the best way possible
- The secrets to maintaining an uninterrupted life through digital minimalism

Practical minimalism for 2020 and beyond
If you're like me and you've spent the past few months just realizing how much excess you have in your life, then this book is the perfect antidote.
The author doesn't preach at you. Instead the book takes you through practical steps to simplify your life. Ultimately, minimalism isn't just about getting rid of everything and only owning 1 plate, 1 bowl and 1 spoon, it's about focusing on what is most important to your life.
Everyone is different, so this book will help you on the path to living a life of structure, purpose and peace of mind.
