Excellent practical introduction to MBCT
This book is so easy to connect with. It’s written completely in the spirit of Mindfulness - with kindness and compassion. I bought the Audible version and the narrator has such a lovely tone. So many practical tips and techniques to help you to adopt this practice into your daily routines. Thoroughly recommended as an introduction to Mindfulness and Meditation.
