Great advice (from someone else!)
Both my kids have ADHD, which gives them additional challenges over and above the issues that teenagers face today as regards mental health. They don't see the world as others do, which can really ramp up the stress sometimes. So I used this book as a way of them hearing great advice from someone else, and they've really taken it onboard. Thoroughly recommend.

A solid support system for your sensitive teen
This audiobook is a gem for any teen out there feeling the weight of the world a bit too much. It's packed with mindfulness exercises, journal prompts, and strategies that actually make sense and feel doable.
What I love about this workbook is how it mixes different approaches, like mindfulness and cognitive-behavioral therapy, without making it feel like homework. It's all about exploring your thoughts, managing stress, and finding your calm, which, let's be honest, we all need a little help with sometimes.
So, if you're looking for a little guidance on your teen's mental health journey, this book might just be the friendly nudge you need to give them.

Much Needed
I thought my daughter would benefit from listening to this, but wanted to listen to it myself before giving it to her. I have to say I'm really impressed by the quality of this audiobook and was surprised by how many things were things that I needed to hear for myself. The interactive exercises were my favorite part and I'd definitely recommend this to anyone!

10/10
A comprehensive and practical workbook for any teen. I loved how the book addresses "sticky" thoughts that can camp out in our minds. From changing negative thinking patterns to anxiety management and beyond, this workbook is an incredible guide for our teens. Inside, the workbook utilizes many techniques, including CBT, mindfulness exercises, journaling prompts, and activity suggestions to name a few. It truly helps take the guesswork out of how we can help our kids. Overall, the workbook enables us to help our loved ones find self-acceptance and develop resilience by allowing them to express their feelings and emotions. I highly recommend!
