Listen to it because...these eight audio dramas bring new life to this fan-favourite chapter, shedding fresh light on their culture and the ways in which they make war. Written by Black Library legends including Nick Kyme, Andy Smillie, Chris Wraight and more.

A mixed bag
Some great performances, shame about the first couple of stories which seemed a bit weak. Saga of the Beast was alright, but Ragnar's companions seemed largely pointless. Wasn't a fan of the second story's portrayal of the wolves, they lacked cunning and just seemed savages. The last 3 stories were much better.

A great collection for Vlka Fenryka fans
I've always liked the sons of Russ. It's a great collection of Vlka Fenrika audio dramas.
The thing is, I like audiobooks, not audio dramas aka radio style performances. This dislike overrides the like for Vlka Fenryka, so I returned this.
Get it if you don't mind battle effects and voice modulation.

dreadful audio drama
there is nothing as good as a good book, well read. This is an audio drama, badly acted and with terrible sound effects. Chainswords sound like leaf blowers and the accents of the spacewolves is Welsh !! Really ??? why have you messed up a good book by turning it into a very badly acted and mediocre play.
Give this one a miss.
