Great book on what to eat to maintain health
Everyone knows that no one can sustain a diet, so this book explains why and highlights a list of foods and activities to undergo so that you can maintain health and fitness well into a vigorous old age.

Meat promotion in diet
I wish to know that book is about diet which promotes meat eating and sort of keto. If someone love to go that way could be a good book. For me, if I’m not interested in any sort of keto diet and believes that meat eating and reducing carbs is essential to keep lean body and healthy live I won’t spend my money on it. Unfortunately I did, because I have not noticed in a book sample that this book is about that what I have mentioned.
