Awesome Book!!!

Listening to this audiobook makes me think about how much mental help we need nowadays and how important it is to nurture our minds with a great source of information such as this one.
This audiobook will teach you how to open your mind, be aware of your needs, target them, and help you manage your thoughts, embracing changes and new horizons with a rejuvenated mind.
The narrator's tone of voice is motivational, and the book has been well-researched!
I'm glad it will stay in my library to motivate myself when needed!

Liberation Psychology is an amazing book. I especially received great insight from the Breaking Free from Limitations, Making Room for Change and Growth, and Inner Peace chapters. I am a very positive thinking individual and was shocked at what I learned about myself while listening to this book. Can't wait to see the results I make from taking actions suggested!
