Hope Over Tragedy

What did you like most about Last of the Year?

Its constituent parts, the world depicted there is a plausible dystopia.

What was the most interesting aspect of this story? The least interesting?

It is a story of tragedy and hope, about love and loyalty and survival and sacrifice and it’s beautiful.

Have you listened to any of Rob Goll’s other performances? How does this one compare?

Yes I did and once again he did an outstanding job narrating. You feel that you are listening to real people, real lives.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

It was indeed.

Any additional comments?

A short story that goes straight to the solar plexus.
Unconditionally love, sacrifice and the power of hope are so well played by the voice of Rob Goll.
