Summary
Old gunfighters never die, they just fade away.
A girl in pursuit of purpose, a boy hell-bent on revenge, and an old bounty hunter taking his last ride will team up to collect a bounty after a woman is murdered in a small Montana town. Their only obstacle, besides the long 500-mile trek, is that the murderer isn't just anyone, he's the son of a powerful land baron who controls the town. What promised at first to be an easy job will turn into a brutal fight, with the cost being their lives if they fail.

Historical Fiction
This story has no romance, (which is far from my normal genre), but this IS a story filled with passion for justice. The different people whose lives are woven together because of hatred and justice tell a comandeering story of a dying ex bounty hunter and two grown but orphaned young adults who are seeking revenge. The story really pulls you in, even though the bloody gore is described, as well as the vileness of mankind. As a listener you want to see justice prevail and those that suffered to have safety from the evil they find themselves surrounded with. There is a thread of faith in God, but it's not a major part, unfortunately. I would have liked to see someone redeemed!
The narration was really good! I liked his gravelly voice! His female characters didn't sound all fake either.
