A morality tale, wherein humans are proven amoral.

A good read from the 70's. Especially enjoyable during the Covid-19 outbreak. While scientifically flawed, Vidal's work fully displays the narcissism, egocentricity loneliness and self destructive nature of the human species. Sadly he is all too accurate.
