Gwendoline’s voice is a dream. I could listen to her voice forever, please bring out more of her reading like this- very relaxing and calming with such emotion.

Weird but in a good way
Gwendoline Christie were fantastic as a narrator, her voice is just magical to listen to. The story was weird but in a good way. Listening to the author explain the storyline/writing process at the end really helped me to understand why it was built like it was.

Thanks Brian for choosing Gwendoline.
The Book: 3 and a half stars. The story, or rather stories, are all short and different from each other, based on fantasy and almost all of them have a very sad imprint, which I actually appreciated. Some are really "weird", but the beauty is also in that. Just open your mind and your heart while reading/listening to them.
Gwendoline Christie reading the book: 10 stars. I love her, she's one of my favorite actresses, there is no person in the world who can stand up to her voice and her intensity.
Thanks Brian for choosing her.

Hmmm….
In a single word… weird.
Not bad, just odd.
Powerful stories that ebb and flow in different directions.
100% needs another read!

An unexpected beautiful experience
I listened to this with no previous context and I found the whole experience so peaceful. The stories/ moments in time are whimsical and bring out the bittersweet side of grief in a way that I really appreciated. The narration is exceptional.

Utterly odd
This is not really a story. I am not even sure what it is. It is a disjointed pathway of imagery that leaves the reader yearning for a plot. Perhaps I just did not understand it but I would not recommend.
