About this listen
Watch out for the Assassin’s Claws...
Nash Moreno is a paid killer, just like his four brothers. It’s the family business -they fight together, they die together. Whether they’re working as a group or alone, they are a tight unit who protect their own.
A live transmission from a rebel group known as Open Eyes is intercepted before it can be broadcast around the world. Had humans seen the video of a man shifting into a wolf, it would have blown the lid off the secret existence of magical creatures everywhere.
The Moreno brothers are hired to step in and take out the leader of this group when word travels that they plan to try again - this time by posting a time-lapse video that will show time-stamped images of a pregnant omega that detail the journey from conception to birth. Not only do the Morenos need to stop this from being shared around the world, they also need to rescue the omega. What Nash doesn’t expect is to discover the omega they’re saving is his true mate.
This is the fourth book in the Assassin’s Claws series.
Note: While mpreg exists in this world, we won’t have a birth in every book. This audiobook contains killer cats, ninja bunnies, and an alpha ready to take on the world to get equal rights for his omega. Get ready for naughty-knotty fun and low-ball humor as only Susi Hawke can provide.

I ❤️ the Moreno Family! 🥰
Ever since audiobook one, I’ve loved this series - the storyline is consistent throughout this series.
It’s great that not all the brothers are Alpha’s, that there are omegas too - but it is great to hear that some Alpha brothers have a softer side too.
Previously narrated by the awesome Ken Obi, who sadly passed away, the torch was handed over to Zane Daniels.
I wasn’t sure what to expect, as never heard him narrate before, but OMG! He did an amazing job narrating these characters and really captured the characters essence and nuances so well - just brilliant and well done! 👏👏
Definitely gets 5🌟’s from me 🥰🥰

Amazing conclusion
This is my favorite of the series. Again we have the mix of politics and the rights of omegas as one of the prime drivers of the story. Isaac has been so abused by his family and the society that allowed the things to happen and Nash is the perfect partner to rescue him. Zane Daniels gives a masterful performance that delineates all the characters and their emotional journeys - fear, anger at injustice, all the steam required for the romance and protective love and tenderness.

Loved it!
I loved this story, as I have all the previous books. I loved the way the Morenos and the Brood worked together here. It has been very nice coming to see the Brood as more than just the brothers' frenemies and competition. I really felt like I knew Gil better after this book, especially seeing the gentle and compassionate way he was with Isaac. The mating story started sad, but ended sweet. What Isaac's so-called mate put him through was horrible, and I really applauded Isaac's bravery in his blunt description of the events to the Council. He is the sweetest, perfect mate for Nash and deserves his HEA. Although there are some dark and violent scenes in this book, it is mostly light-hearted. I loved Gil's humor and snark, and his take-charge attitude. Although this book/audiobook could be enjoyed as a standalone, there are some event and character references that you will not recognize if you aren't familiar with the preceding books, so I suggest you read/listen in order.
I loved the narration, especially Zane's voicing of Gil and his brother, Edgar. Each character has a distinct voice. The pacing, tempo, and emotional delivery were fantastic.
I received a free copy of this audiobook and am voluntarily leaving this honest review.

A hilarious series, yet another great instalment.
A hilarious series and yet another great instalment.
We meet the Moreno brothers again, a notorious band of Assassins. We continue the hunt for a group of men determined to expose the shifters that live amongst the humans.
The brothers find that the group has a pregnant omega and use him to reveal the shifters and MPREG by videoing every stage of his pregnancy. They track the omega to England, and Nash Moreno can't believe his luck.
Ohh, and we get to meet the Ninja Bunnies again. I just love those bunnies, especially with an English accent. Hilarious.
This book is another brilliant instalment within the series. Actually, I haven't personally read a bad book by Susi, such an incredible writer. I would recommend it to everyone who likes Shifter books.
This audiobook contains killer cats, ninja bunnies, and an alpha ready to take on the world to get equal rights for his omega. Get ready for naughty-knotty fun, and low-ball humour as only Susi Hawke can provide.
Excellent narration by Zane Daniels, especially with a naked English ninja bunny with massive balls; try getting that picture out of your mind.

Another whirlwind
Another brother finds his mate! I'm loving this series, family and cheeky humour from Susi. I like how all the stories are interconnected and the whirlwind of Nash finding his mate Isaac was thrilling and fast past. A fantastic short read with a couple of truly surprising laugh out loud moments. Such great fun!

Isaac and Nash
Nash, and his brothers and Col and his brood are sent to save a pregnant Omega Isaac, who is being held captive so they can show the world that Shifters exist. Really good story and narration

Brilliant narration!!
Usually, my reviews start of with how the book was - so I won't deviate. It's a Susi Hawke book, it's a continuation of the very good Assassin's Claws series, so naturally it's a good book.
Now the narration: OMG Zane Daniels has just risen to one of my top 5 narrators, period! He had all the best accents for the Moreno's, but his voice for Gil ...I fell in love :) He captured Gil perfectly, (no hyperbole here), complete with a bit of an upper class accent (perfect for his snarky and irreverent quips). I can't tell you how much I loved his narration, so much so I bought the next book just so I can listen to Gil (and for the story, of course!) :)
I will be looking for more from Zane Daniels!

Another great addition
I really enjoyed this continuation of the Moreno clan.
My heart broke for poor Issac and what he endured but he was so strong and Nash was perfectly sweet and protective.
Plenty of fast paced action, suspense and of course hilarious laugh out loud situations.
Zane Daniels did a wonderful job with the various accents and is quickly becoming a favorite narrator.

Brill
It’s a brill book and I loved how both the Moreno brothers and Gill’s brood of ninja’s bunnies actually work together with a lot of teasing while Nash finds his mate.
Zane did a brill job at narrating.
