Difficult to enjoy the audio book

I feel that the narrator for the audio book The Ultimate Italian Phrase Book for Travel in Italy, is very annoying as she keeps repeating the same English words such as the word "again". The audio seems to drop out and then come back as though the narrator has taken a break Sorry, just being honest and simply can not listen to this any longer.
