The best advice and best diet

Why would you try a different diet than the best diet, and why would you take any advice on that diet other than the absolute best advice? You won’t regret buying this book, it’ll greatly improve your plan.

Best IF plan out there

Intermittent fasting is known to be a great diet, but this book will show you why the 16/8 plan is the best form of intermittent fasting that exists. It will be an eye-opener and will work perfectly for you.

Lose your urges

You won’t feel the need to be constantly eating and you won’t feel the need to try any other diet or any other guidebook after finishing this book. It’s incredible how useful and effective it is.

The end all be all

Intermittent fasting is the end all be all for diets. As absolute of that statement as that is, it’s true after you go through this book. No longer is time management, money management, or calorie management an issue.
