Helpful book.

Great book for intermittent fasting for weight loss if you can implement it into your lifestyle. I like the concept & how much information about intermittent fasting there is. Not complex, just easy to understand science & how to begin intermittent fasting yourself.

This book is good as well for intermittent fasting

Great book, a lot of useful information learned about Intermittent Fasting. I found that it eliminated cravings and produced weight loss without the raging hunger that I have previously experienced on other plans. I feel better. More energy and mental clarity in addition to weight loss easily. In this book I found lots of helpful information about Intermittent Fasting.I highly recommend this book. Intermittent fasting!

This book has a ton of information into the history and science of fasting and the author gives us the most popular methods of Intermittent Fasting and explains how to use it to get better results from exercise and this book will help you get started and also dispelled the many myths about fasting. I found that it eliminated cravings and produced weight loss without the raging hunger that I have previously experienced on other plans.
