Boring and not always accurate
I had some problems wit hthe content:
1) change enablement is still called change management in this audiobook
2) Release and deployment management have been decoupled, but this crash course couples them and is ambiguous about what separated them.
3) the content tends to drift off and it either just lists a whole lot of things without content or it just tells you a lot of context without a clear overview. There is no middle ground.
I found better free content online by value insights.

Print the PDF and read along
A few of the sections are weildy and you can drift off. You need to run through a few times to take things in anyway so I found to print off the PDF and read along as well as read. Maybe I am finding it easier as I am also doing a paid work online course and have another reference book too

Unfair Reviews - Fantastic book
I spent a whole 2 weeks searching for different ITIL titles due to the negative reviews I had read about this book here. Eventually, I decided to use my credits and purchased it, intending to listen during my commute to work. Much to my surprise, the experience turned out differently.
1. Its SPOT on
2. Delivery is fantastic
3. I do not have to increase or decrease the speed of speech
4. Expertly explained and easy to understand
5. At the end of every topic/module there is a quiz alone with answers provided - questions read out twice which is helpful then given 4 options - Once you have time to think author gives out the answer
6. After the quiz author reads our pointers for that module which is super helpful and helps to digest and understand
7. Voice / Subject is professionally delivered
PERFECT
When I came across academies charging a hefty £1600 plus VAT for a 2-day course, I stumbled upon this whilst i was searching for a more cost-effective alternative and discovered this book. Currently, I am at 80% and with the number of answers I am getting right this definitely provides a solid foundation - whilst I am driving when the author talks about important things such as 4 dimensions I rewind it a few times till I get hold of them and that's it but that's my way of learning.
I felt the urge to share my feedback as negative reviews about this book had initially dissuaded me from considering it, causing me to spend a few weeks searching for alternatives. This was quite frustrating, especially since I have a busy job and wanted to make the most of my time.

Painfully boring delivery
Difficult to remain engaged in this audiobook. The delivery is terribly boring and uncreative. There are surely easier ways to learn ITIL material
