Distracting background music

After a rather odd introduction, which emphasized clearly what a difficult and dense text was to follow, the hesitant narration was then accompanied by distracting background music which made it ridiculously difficult to focus on anything. Find another reading of Buber, this one is as good as unlistenable.

Bizarre backing music

I'm really sorry but I couldn't get beyond 10mins of chapter 1. I'm studying for a masters in theology so I accept buber was going to be challenging. But why did you feel the need to put that awful and incredibly background music on?! I appreciated the slow cadence of your delivery given the complexity of buber's work but I would rather you gave me the choice of putting background music on if I wanted it, rather than assuming I would find studying at a 1990s rave conducive to deep learning. Thank you for trying but what a waste of a credit. I will ensure I read reviews carefully before hand next time.
