Relief from social anxiety

"How to Talk to People" was a wonderful listen, providing some insight into why we struggle with communicating verbally and appropriately interacting with others. I used to struggle with crippling social anxiety and it is thanks to book like this that myself and others can understand what we are going through and find a way to overcome it.
