Incredible book

This book is a life changer. Yes it's that accessible and rich in content. My only regret is that I was never taught this in my early formative years. On occasion I found myself crying and also laughing out loud.

Even if you feel you have a great understanding of relationships and have a successful one. The practice of REBT and its value is realised when you stop its practice. However, it is your choice and yours alone to invest in yourself and buy this book. Can you be so confident that you or your relationships do not need help?

The audio book helped me a lot, and I will also buy the book too, since some of the practise sessions at the end of each chapter are best visualised in paper format.
