A nice mix of stories and practical advice

I really enjoyed this book. I loved learning more about the science of pacing, what makes people good/bad at pacing, as well as some practical ways to improve pacing skills. There was some really interesting stuff about the qualities that make a good runner too. Citing alcoholism as an example of 'letting yourself go' though is a shockingly bad take.
