this book has nothing to say and just generalises about how funniness is good for us. waste of someone's breath

Too much filler , little usable content

This author is more into telling us the obvious and the history and what benefits are and other crap , than the how . He’s trying to be funny here . Just mostly fillers , try focus on the “ how to be “ rather than all other crap , it doesn’t have much depth to it ..whether it’s tips or the how - could be better
