Create smart habits
The main thing that I took from this audiobook was that by making several small, smart habits with money, you would be on the road to creating a more stable financial future. There was a chapter about meal planning and another one about creating an emergency fund for a rainy day. The guide took a light-hearted, yet practical, approach to the sometimes sensitive subject of money.

Money advice for the rest of us
Finally, a book about money that doesn’t make you feel like you need a finance degree to get your life together. It has tips that actually fit real life, like saving without sacrificing every little joy (yes, snacks included) and handling debt without losing your mind. It’s funny, relatable, and doesn’t judge you for being human. If you’ve ever thought budgets were boring or impossible, this book proves they can be neither!

A Refreshingly Honest Guide to Starting a Business
This audiobook cuts through the fluff and gets straight to what matters—how to actually build a business from scratch. The 7-phase approach is structured but not overwhelming, making it easy to follow without feeling like you're drowning in theory. I especially appreciated the insights on overcoming fear and self-doubt—something most business books gloss over. The real-world case studies were a great touch, showing what works (and what doesn’t) in a way that felt relatable. If you’re looking for a no-nonsense roadmap to making the leap from employee to entrepreneur, this is a great listen.

Relatable and Realistic
I thoroughly enjoyed this entire book- and it’s about financial tips and advice. This took the heavy and stress out of budgeting and financial planning. This is so relatable especially the part on budgeting- I liked that budgeting isn’t to shame yourself when you spend money but to see where you need to increase in some areas and decrease in others. I have been reviewing my finances without guilt which has been nice. Now I have an updated budget that I think will work better for me. The gives great financial advice that feels empowering and not overwhelming. I loved this book and I am having my college kids read it next. Highly recommend!

Such a Good Read!
This book was fantastic! I absolutely loved the author's humorous take on things—it made the experience so engaging that I listened to the entire thing in one sitting. The advice is down-to-earth and realistic; you can’t give up everything, but you also can’t expect to have it all without effort. I now feel more confident about saving and have a clear understanding of the steps I need to take. I’m so glad I came across this book—you really have to listen to it to fully appreciate its impact!
