A Great Intro to Herbal Healing
I’ve always been curious about natural remedies but had no idea where to start. This book made it easy to dive in with clear steps and simple explanations. I’ve already tried a few of the suggestions, and they’ve been surprisingly effective for minor issues like headaches and better sleep. It’s nice to have something so practical to reference, especially when I want alternatives to over-the-counter meds. Perfect for anyone new to herbal healing like me!

Back to basics
I have long been intrigued with the 'old' ways; the lost remedies, finding healing in the earth. This book did not disappoint. With its ancient healing traditions and its wealth of recipes, I have well and truly now begun my path to identifying, growing and using medicinal herbs. This will be a go-to for a long long time. Recommended.
