Summary
Elias Stevens, the Marquess of Savorton doesn’t believe he’ll ever fall in love. He may marry one day, because the title demands it; however, that elusive emotion will not be freely given to his future wife.

I enjoyed the narration of Emma Riches
Elias Stevens, is the Marquess of Savorton and does not believe he will find or be in love. He know he must marry but has told himself love will not be part of it.
His close friend makes a wager with him, that he will in love by the new year. Elias takes that bet.
Lady Gabriella St. Giles has a good family and fully believes one day she’ll meet a gentleman and fall in love. But meeting an scandalously marquess at a house party changes things.
The wager gives Elias more than he could ever imagined, and has Gabriella found her future.

Loved it
Loved reading Elias and Gabriella's story of an unexpected romance that that might just possibly turn to love during the course of a house party. Where scandal and intrigue prove rife when anything can happen especially when your dearest friend throws in a wager, that might just change his life.
