Excellent! A calming practical self help book

This short book is packed full of tips and tricks to heal and manage your anxiety, This isn't your usual superficial self help book it deep dives into areas not usually considered, e.g. your diet and which food types support a strong mind and body. My favourite section was about gratitude. The narrator was excellent and had a very gentle soothing tone, just what you need!

Great to have as my companion

I really liked the information that was in here to help with dealing with anxiety, coping with worry, being ignored and overwhelmed. Covers a wide range and like I can go back to certain areas I need to pay more attention to , just press play and repeat. Good narration.
