Purchase a hard copy not suitable for audible
Love Louise Hay’s work but this is just not suitable for Audible. It’s really a reference book and reads lists of ailments from a-z with causes and then and affirmation. definitely do go ahead and buy a hard copy though.

It is missing the write to follow up, difficult to understand without a printed version table, I wrother by the paper version

Mind blowing
Enlightening, thought provoking, thorough. I was able to go through the book and think of people and myself, that had physical problems, that I could apply the ailments to, and finally make sense of them.

Not at all what I expected
As much as this is informative, if I had realised that it was just a list after list after list for over 2 hours I would not have purchased, This book isn’t really intended for audible.

the lady who is reading has got a very clear voice
But the books by Louise hay are a lot better as Louise has a comfortable soothing voice.

Absolutely unsuitable for audiobook
Imagine listening to somebody reading an encyclopedia of ailments and what they mean from the author perspective, eg.
insomnia-not trusting the process of life
intestines - see bowel disease
kidney stones- lots of undissolved anger....
No point to be made into audiobook.
if you are interested in this stuff get a printed book.

This is a boring list
A short listen, provides a list of areas of the body wirh issues, at least 95% of which are irrelevant to any particular listener. Little information is given. S sorry I wasted.money it, but Audible only does limited returns and I must have reached whatever the quota is.
