Great book
I loved this book that straddles science and spirituality. If you have yet to awaken you may be somewhat sceptical of many things in this book bit having awakened myself and been on my own discovery of energy and meditation and I can personally confirm to the accuracy of the book in terms of navigating from your soul. Great book!

A REVOLUTION AS WELL AS A REVELATION.
Let me say, first of all, this book may not be for everyone. Only if you are ready to fully open your mind and heart, will you be able to comprehend the content.
Eric has taken the subject of spirituality to a whole new level. I've never found a more comprehensive explanation of spiritual concepts in any other book I've read. He has taken the almost unexplainable and laid it out for you to digest and understand.
I've seen a few negative reviews for this book and can only guess that the those particular people are just not ready for the awakening the book provides.
I urge you to set aside your prejudices and anything else you've ever thought about being spiritual and listen to or read this book with an open mind.

Way too out there
Lots of bold and wacky statements with little evidence, theory or true substance. I've given it a fair chance with three or four 15 minute slots. Not happening again.
