A good reminder
I have practiced a lot of these ideas for many years but have recently completely lost my way, and my temper, badly due to stressful situations. This book has given me back my perspective and I feel calmer and more in control again. I particularly like chapter 10, which is where most of my anger comes from. Thanks.
