Summary

Escape to the Gulf Coast of Florida with Georgia Carpenter as she gets a second chance at life, love, and happiness.

With the storm behind her, Georgia Carpenter looks forward to reaching her goal of reopening the inn left to her by her great aunt. It seems very attainable, too, thanks to all the help she’s been getting from family and friends.

She and Travis Taylor, her handsome handyman, seem to be on a good path, as well. In fact, everything is going swimmingly until a rival in town does the unthinkable and creates all kinds of chaos.

Things begin to spiral out of control, and Georgia fears her dream of starting over may become a nightmare if she can’t find a way to remove the curse they all seem to be living under.

Really enjoying this series

It is wonderful to see how this family, extended family all fit together and to see how they overcome obstacles and problems. If only real life was so perfect.

Would be better condensed into less books, but a nice story.

A little too wordy, but overall a good story.
The series would be better if condensed into two or three books. There is too much repatriation bringing new readers up to date with the earlier parts of the story.

Engaging romantic family adventure

Another lovely book I am really enjoying this series the family is growing as we now gave Levi Clayrons dad coming on the scene along with his mum Denise going to be interesting to see where the storyline is going,Sam is really settling into the family. Narration is good and adds to the storyline.

Continuation of town saga

Realistic saga with plenty of cooking tips strong on family values but also has win at all costs suspicion but not enough proof to be continued

Still good and has a lot of world building

it's still quite good and continues with the story. Definitely recommend continuing the story. New characters are introduced and the fictional world of blackbird beach keeps getting bigger and bigger without feeling too forced.
